We would like to inform you that during the spring period, sauna operations will follow an adjusted schedule. Please find the details below.
April
- Easter Monday 6th of April: 16:00 – 21:00
- 10:00 – 14:00: open upon prior reservation
- 14:00 – 21:00: regular opening hours
May
- Morning: Closed
- Afternoon: Open upon prior reservation

For time slots that require prior reservation, please call us at least 1 hour before your arrival.
Turkish bath
The Turkish bath is recommended above all for the skin cleansing and muscle relaxation. The very high humidity level and the heat have a beneficial impact on the respiratory system, similar to the beneficial inhaling effects. The heat accelerates the circulation in the body and helps to relieve muscle soreness and stress.
Infrared sauna
The heaters of the infrared saunas emit energy which penetrates 4 cm deep into the body tissue. At a lower temperature (at around 50 degrees Celsius) an even faster and more intense sweating is achieved. Lower temperatures are suitable also for those who, due to their cardiovascular condition, are not advised to take a Finnish sauna.
Finnish sauna
The effects of the Finnish sauna are the following: skin cleansing, acceleration of the toxin-flushing, cold and flu prevention, fatigue elimination as well as increase of the body capacity.
